A seat is for one named person on one date. Every activity in the workshop is built around the participant’s own organisation, which we research before the day, so we need to know who is attending in good time.

What a seat costs. $2,500, inclusive of VAT where it applies. The price shown at booking is the price you pay.

Moving your date. You can move to any public date running within two months of the one you booked, at no charge. Tell us at least seven days before your original date.

Sending someone else. A colleague from your own organisation can take your seat up to the day before, at no charge. Someone from a different organisation needs at least three days’ notice, because the research is done per company.

Refunds. Seats are not refundable. If you cannot attend and cannot move or transfer your seat, the fee is not returned.

If we move or cancel a date. If we change the date, change the format, or cancel, you can move to another date or take a full refund.

Unpaid invoices. A seat requested by pro forma invoice is confirmed when payment reaches us, not when the invoice is issued.

What you need on the day. A laptop. Every activity runs on one.

Registration is free and open until the day before publication.

What qualifies you. Buying the Kindle edition of AI Empowerment for Business Leaders on the day of publication, in November 2026. The exact date is announced by email to everyone registered. A purchase on any other day does not qualify. The date you registered makes no difference, and you do not need to have registered at all.

How to claim. Upload a screenshot of your Amazon receipt.

The claim window. Claims close four weeks after the publication date, and the Day One Reader cohort closes with them. To take a place at the clinics, claim within three weeks of the publication date. The exact dates are sent by email to everyone registered, and again on launch day. A claim submitted after the window closes cannot be honoured.

The signed copy. The book is free. You pay the postage when you claim, at a flat rate for your region.

The clinics. Two online sessions in the third week after publication, on applying the book inside your own organisation. The dates are announced by email once the publication date is confirmed, and are not rearranged individually.

What we send you. Emails about the book between registration and launch, and two text messages to the number you gave us, the evening before launch and on launch morning.

If the launch date moves. If the publisher changes the publication date, the qualifying date moves with it and we will tell you.
