This is Fahed Bizzari’s personal site, operated by Bellamy Alden AI Consulting LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything about your data, email team@fahedbizzari.com.

We collect your name and email address, and where we ask, your role and information about your organisation. It is held in Kit, our email provider, and used to send you what we write. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe and we act on it immediately. We do not sell the list or share it with anyone.

The same applies to the other places you can give us an email address: the book resources page, and the list for people who want to know when new workshop dates open.

Your Scorecard answers are used twice. Once to give you your reading, and once, in aggregate, for research Bellamy Alden may publish on how far organisations have brought AI's power to their command.

Anything published reports in aggregate only, grouped by sector and organisation size. It never identifies an individual or an organisation, and it never reproduces one organisation’s answers.

What we collect is six yes-or-no answers about your organisation, its sector and its size. We show you your reading before asking for anything, so you can complete the Scorecard, read the result and leave without giving us your email address.

Answers are kept indefinitely, so that the research can track how organisations change over time. If you would rather yours were not part of it, email us and we will remove them.

When you register we collect your name, email address and mobile number. The number is used for two text messages about the book launch, the evening before and on launch morning, and nothing after them.

When you claim, we collect a screenshot of your Amazon receipt, your shipping address and a payment for postage. The screenshot is deleted once your claim is processed. The address is used to post your book and then kept only as long as our accounting records require.

Payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. We keep your name and email, and where you ask for an invoice, your company and tax details, because accounting records require it.

What you send through the contact form arrives in an inbox read by Fahed and his team. Enquiries are kept as part of our email records rather than deleted on a schedule. If you want yours removed, ask us.

We measure page views and where visitors arrive from, using a cookieless analytics service that sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. There is nothing to consent to, which is why this site has no cookie banner.

We are based in the UAE and our providers are in the United States and Europe, so your data crosses borders on its way to them.

Mailing list entries until you unsubscribe. Scorecard answers indefinitely, unless you ask us to remove yours. Accounting and tax records for as long as the law requires. Receipt screenshots until the claim is processed. Enquiries as part of our email records.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email team@fahedbizzari.com from the address you gave us, so we know the request is yours, and we will do it.

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
