What this site collects, where it goes and how to get it removed

This is Fahed Bizzari’s personal site, operated by Bellamy Alden AI Consulting LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything about your data, email team [at] fahedbizzari [dot] com.

When you give us your details, we use them for the reason you gave them, and to improve what we send you. We never sell them or share them with anyone.

Newsletter and email lists. Your name and email address, and where we ask, your role and organisation. They are kept in our mailing system, and our emails are sent through Amazon SES. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and we act on it immediately.

Day One Reader. Your name, email address and mobile number. The number is used for two text messages about the book launch and nothing after them. When you claim, we collect a screenshot of your Amazon receipt, your shipping address and a payment for postage. The screenshot is deleted once your claim is processed.

Workshops. Payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. We keep your name and email, and where you ask for an invoice, your company and tax details.

Enquiries. What you send through the contact form reaches Fahed and his team, and is kept as part of our email records.

We measure page views and where visitors arrive from, using a cookieless analytics service that sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. There is nothing to consent to, which is why this site has no cookie banner.

We are based in the UAE and our providers are in the United States and Europe, so your data crosses borders on its way to them.

Mailing list entries until you unsubscribe. Accounting and tax records for as long as the law requires. Receipt screenshots until the claim is processed. Enquiries as part of our email records.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email team [at] fahedbizzari [dot] com from the address you gave us, so we know the request is yours, and we will do it.

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
