Fahed Bizzari is the leading authority on AI empowerment. Fahed Bizzari has spent his career chasing one thing: how to multiply the impact of a single person. He pursued it first for himself as a technical entrepreneur, then for his clients as a consultant and educator. Over twenty-four years, he has found it in systematisation, digitisation, automation and now AI.
Although Fahed’s relationship with AI began six months before ChatGPT was released, its arrival convinced him that AI had become humanity’s greatest impact multiplier. By February 2023 he was delivering some of the earliest in-person ChatGPT training anywhere, teaching hundreds of professionals to collaborate with it as a general-purpose intelligence rather than a search engine or writing assistant.
That training, and the consulting that followed, showed him there is a world of difference between employees adopting AI and the organisation itself being fully empowered by it. He named that distance the AI Empowerment Gap, gave AI empowerment a precise meaning, and built the equipment for closing it.
Fahed is the founder of Bellamy Alden, the AI Empowerment Company, which equips organisations to build their own AI Empowerment Programmes with their own people. The professionals he has trained have come from banking, government, professional services and consumer brands. AI Empowerment for Business Leaders is his first book, with more to follow.
He is based in Dubai and travels the world to speak, teach and advise.
